  • 47% of employees cite communication issues as top reason why they want to leave their job

    A lack of communication in the workplace was cited as the biggest reason why employees want to leave their jobs in a survey conducted by leading employment law consultancy Peninsula. In a survey of 1,000 employees across the UK, 47% of the respondents said that managers fail to communicate with them regularly. Lack of communication related to not including them in key business changes, failing to provide clear objectives regarding their role and not providing an opportunity for their voices to be heard.
