With the ‘Great Resignation’ in full swing around the world there has been a 40% rise in online searches for ‘jobs’ over the past six months reveals HR experts Cydney’s Creative Solutions. In the USA alone 4.5 million workers quit their jobs in March 2022 and across the Atlantic, three in 10 (29%) UK workers reported in January that they were considering moving jobs this year.
