A key area of business growth for Jobrapido relates to its Talent Acquisition Solution, delivering on demand qualified candidates to company brands and agencies. Recruiting the right talent has never been so challenging but Jobrapido is achieving significant positive outcomes for HR and recruiting professionals through its TAS solution – which combines its global jobseekers community, unique matching technology, and a fully managed programmatic recruiting campaign. In this specific area, Jobrapido continues to more than double revenues YoY among a fast growing client base across all business sectors.

Another of the biggest drivers for the company’s growth has been its mission to address the misalignment between labour demand and supply, by making it quicker and easier for candidates and companies to find the right match. To improve this process, the company developed Smart Intuition Technology, a proprietary solution based on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, combined with the application of Taxonomy.

Rob Brouwer, CEO at Jobrapido comments:

“The opening of the new UK office and the appointment of Ryan – recognised to be one of the most knowledgeable recruitment professionals in the UK - marks an exciting time for the company.

“The challenge for all recruitment companies is to make job-searching as easy and efficient as possible and produce the best results for companies and candidates. It’s one of the reasons we invested in pioneering technology - to address the disjoint which has been going on for a long time in the industry.  As a result of the company’s continued growth, we wanted to open a new UK office to ensure we can meet all the requirements for a wide range of companies and candidates looking for work in all industry sectors.”
