Recruitment technology specialists Matrix announces partnership with Alvius to enhance their Talent Pool offering

Today, Matrix announced that they will be partnering with London-based hiring technology company, Alvius

This significant partnership comes after months of discussion between the two companies which ultimately enables the deployment of the Alvius Talent Pooling System (TPS) across the UK, allowing employers to benefit from the technology, supported by the scale and processing power of Matrix.

The Alvius story began back in 2014 when their first hiring technology was built, the software behind successful job sites TalentPool and UKStartupJobs. Their ethos, which continues today, was to build everything around the candidate journey and to make it as fair, clear, simple and accessible as possible. The core of its simplicity was key to attract and retain the best talent with a focus on the diversity reporting tool within the software.

Matrix, through a combination of people, processes and technology, streamline the way organisations recruit staff.  Providing a neutral vendor service with an end-to-end process in one complete platform, Matrix's mission is a simple and consistent one – to double the number of people they connect to work.

Chris Duck, Supply Chain Director at Matrix said: “We’ve known for a long time that talent pooling would be a game-changer for our customers. Having the pandemic in the rear window and a shortage of supply in the labour market, now is the moment for us to bring the benefits of the Alvius TPS to the market. We’re very much looking forward to what is ahead”.

Tom Davenport, Managing Director of Alvius commented: "With a throughput of almost £1bn per annum, big ambitions to bring cost savings to their customers and on a strong growth trajectory, Matrix are a great partner for us. We’ve enjoyed working with Mark, Chris and the team over the past few months and look forward to the roll out of the TPS with them.”
