This significant partnership comes after months of discussion between the two companies which ultimately enables the deployment of the Alvius Talent Pooling System (TPS) across the UK, allowing employers to benefit from the technology, supported by the scale and processing power of Matrix.
The Alvius story began back in 2014 when their first hiring technology was built, the software behind successful job sites TalentPool and UKStartupJobs. Their ethos, which continues today, was to build everything around the candidate journey and to make it as fair, clear, simple and accessible as possible. The core of its simplicity was key to attract and retain the best talent with a focus on the diversity reporting tool within the software.
