Expo 2010, to be held at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center, in
Chicago from September 14-16, 2010.
Rusty’s

belief in the importance of the company brand will provide a great
learning opportunity for those who attend onrec Expo 2010, in which there will be over 30 expert speakers in attendance. Rusty will be discussing: Your Employment Brand is Transparent! Yes, Really!
onrec Expo 2010 provides
a thriving network exposition hall packed with the latest tools and
services to help your organization hire the best, and is highly regarded
as the “must attend” recruitment event of 2010 where corporate
recruiting practitioners and thought leaders will educate hundreds of
attendees with cutting edge training (HRCI Credit pending) on innovative
sourcing, screening and recruiting techniques and technologies.
onrec Expo 2010
will bring together global delegates and exhibitors involved in
recruitment to share their common interests, provide a business driven
networking environment, and stimulate discussions, debates, and
beneficial partnerships.
Session Description:
Often
times in business we are guided by principle that less is more –
particularly when lawyers are involved, yet as the world becomes more
transparent, the halls within the workplace are now virtually open to
everyone. So we must stop to ask: “Are we managing transparency or
letting it manage us?” Companies must embrace this new era and discover
new tactics that can be used to showcase and protect your brand as
employees and jobseekers are increasingly turning to the Web to discuss
and share insights on all aspects of their jobs and careers. Rusty will
discuss the latest trends in transparency and the implications for
company employment brands.
