Anne Lemaire is an experienced international HR Business Partner who has worked for 20 years in hi-tech organisations. She started at SWIFT 12 years ago as Programme Development and Training manager with the objective of transforming the training office from an administrative function into a reliable and recognised partner for a company that delivers world-class solutions. 
In 2000, she established the role of HR Business Partner by building organisational acceptance and credibility for the role through strong relationships with key company executives and with the HR community. Prior to SWIFT, Anne Lemaire worked for Computer Sciences Corporation where she was responsible for Management Development and Training in Europe. The challenge was to make training an integral and essential part of effectively communicating and achieving the vision for the newly built CSC Europe.
