Yell expands national resourcing team with double hire

Yell today announced the appointment of Jane Doran and Jasmine Mathers as national resourcing consultants.

They take the national resourcing team to 14, as part of an expansion to ensure the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and the attraction of high quality candidates.

Jane Doran will manage resourcing requirements for field and telesales teams in a region that covers South Wales, Devon and Cornwall, Bristol and Southampton. She will also oversee the fast expanding telesales team in Belfast.

She has 10 yearsí experience in candidate attraction, recruitment and retention strategies. Previous roles were at TMP Worldwide, Reed and ThirtyThree.

Jane will be based in Bristol, with frequent travel around the South West and Northern Ireland.

Jasmine Mathers will concentrate on resourcing for various Yell business units including, IT and new media technology, customer services and training and market planning.

Jasmine has more than 10 yearsí experience in recruitment, including managing a recruitment team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney, where she managed the hiring of 800 candidates in two and a half years, as part of a high profile IT project. Jasmine has also held positions at Dell, Gartner, Hilton Hotels and the Australian Taxation office.

Jasmine will be mainly based in Reading at Yellís UK head office.

Jane and Jasmine will report to Isabelle Hung, head of national resourcing. Isabelle said: ìWe are delighted to welcome both Jane and Jasmine to the team at Yell. They bring with them a wealth of experience that will be invaluable for the development of Yellís recruitment strategy.î
