WorldatWork, the total rewards association, recently garnered three awards for publication excellence from the 2006 APEX Awards. The APEX Awards is considered the premier award-giving body in the field of print and electronic publications, and is granted to programs that represent excellence in graphic design, editorial content and overall communications excellence.

For the second year in a row WorldatWork was awarded an APEX Award of Excellence for workspan weekly, the WorldatWork weekly membership e-newsletter. In the magazine design and layout category workspan, the monthly WorldatWork membership magazine, also was awarded an APEX Award of Excellence. In the one-of-a-kind print publication category, WorldatWork won for its 50th Anniversary book. To view the award-winning anniversary book, visit www.worldatwork.org/50thanniversary.

ìDelivering strategic, creative and thought-provoking publications on a weekly basis is made possible by the support of our 23,000 members worldwide,î said Ryan Johnson, Director of Information Development and Public Affairs for WorldatWork. ìTo have our work recognized honors both WorldatWork and our members.î

Now in its 18th year, APEX received nearly 5,000 entries. The awards, given annually by the Springfield, Va.-based Communications Concepts Inc., are given to companies and individuals whose work serves as a benchmark for the publications industry.
