WorldatWork, a not-for-profit professional association for compensation, benefits and total rewards professionals, today announced its open call for presentations for its Total Rewards Conference & Exhibition 2006. The 51st annual conference will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim Calif., May 7-10, 2006, and is expected to draw more than 2,000 attendees from around the world.
The conference theme, ìDestination: Attract, Retain, Motivateî is relevant to todayís realities faced by professionals in the human resources field. The conference will aim to provide strategies, knowledge, resources, professional development and education to its diverse human resources attendeesñdesigned to address their unique business and personal goals.
WorldatWork is seeking workshop presentations to help address these needs focusing on key topics, leading-edge research innovative techniques, case studies and emerging trends in total rewards.
