Brighton based flight operator Teleticket has claimed that it is facing a shortage of job candidates. The company is the only flight only operator to appear in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 survey for two successive years and is currently nominated as best flight only operator in the travel industryís annual awards.
ìDespite thisî says managing director Neil Chapman, ìWe just can not find sufficient numbers of suitable candidates to join our team. We do work hard but the flexible working conditions and strong team spirit allow us to play hard too. Teleticket is a growing company and as we expand our operations we need motivated staff to share in our success.î
Teleticket were awarded 65th place in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100. This is the second successive year the flexible seat only operator has appeared in this league table of Britainís fastest-growing private companies. Teleticket has operated for 10 years to various destinations across Europe from the UK, including the Canaries, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and Egypt and now Sal, Cape Verde.
