Social graduate job website WikiJob.co.uk has made it to the final 100 best young start-up companies in the prestigious 'Smarta 100 Awards' competition and is looking for your vote to help secure a £10,000 boost for the business.

The site which has won a number of awards in its five year lifetime, including the Œbest niche job board' category at the 2011 Onrec Awards, is desperate to win the competition, which brings with it a great deal of press coverage as well as the tasty cash prize. In order to do this, finalists have to rustle up public support, getting their community (both online as well as offline) to vote for them.

So if you'd like to see WikiJob succeed, click here (http://www.smarta.com/smarta100/2012/wikijob) to visit their page on the competition website and vote (before November 8th at the latest!)
