As you know, one of the highlights of National Incentive and Motivation Week will be the announcement of the ’Motivator of the Year 2005.’ The 2004 winner was Sir Clive Woodward, whose management of the England team to World Cup victory has been truly inspirational to people from all walks of life. Clive was International Rugby Board Coach of the Year 2003, BBC Coach of the Year 2003 and is UK Coach of the Year 2004. In 2003 it was Sly Bailey, Chief Executive of The Trinity Mirror Group, who epitomised how both personal and team motivation produces results.
The Award will recognise an individual who is an outstanding achiever in a business, personal or charity capacity. The winner will be presented with the Award and a cheque from Incentive World 2005/Reed Exhibitions for the charity of their choice.
