Westaff (UK) Limited goes live with First Choice Software's market leading RDB ProNet System

Westaff (UK) Limited has ëgone liveí with First Choice Softwareís market leading RDB ProNet recruitment software package in a deal worth approximately 400,000. Implemented to further strengthen the global recruitment companyís competitive edge, as well as help support an ambitious growth strategy, including the opening of three additional locations this year and another eight planned for 2008, the specially configured, ëout of the boxí software solution has been successfully installed in 25 UK-based branches ñ with around 125 users.

Having previously relied on a paper-based system, First Choice Softwareís RDB Pro Net recruitment software helps support Westaffís on going expansion plans and desire to increase brand recognition on a nationwide basis. The new infrastructure offers significant benefits to clients and applicants, including a more dynamic, competitive and consistent standard of service from all branches, generation of accurate ëreal timeí information, improved communication, and the ability to more efficiently match and assign candidates.
