Welcome aboard the good ship Danbro

With UK plc taking more blows than a prize boxer, and redundancies stacking up like chips on a roulette table, few companies have the cash reserves to gamble on new recruits

With UK plc taking more blows than a prize boxer, and redundancies stacking up like chips on a roulette table, few companies have the cash reserves to gamble on new recruits. Unless, that is, youíre specialist accountants Danbro.

Regardless of the current recession, Danbroís MD, Damian Broughton, insists it is the right time for the company to continue its growth story by adding muscle to an already strong team.

This month sees the welcome additions of Chris James, Helen Houghton, Charlotte Baxter and Louise Gibbins.

Chris, who joins Danbroís New Business development team as a consultant, comes from a financial services background where he was used to applying his compliant, organised and professional attributes. Chris has been brought in to help support the increasing number of contractors that are enquiring into Danbroís Services.

Helen joins the Payroll team as an administrator. She will be tasked with helping maintain Danbroís growing client base by increasing the teamís efficiency.

Charlotte has been assigned to the firmís Invoicing team as an administrator. She will assist with the growing demand for the companyís services.

Louise is a new client manager within the Accounting team. Her aim is to help provide consistently great service to the increasing number of limited companies Danbro look after.

Commenting on the hires, Damian says: ìWeíve got four very capable and highly-professional team members in Chris, Helen, Charlotte and Louise, and weíre delighted to have them on board.î

He adds: ìThis, our latest recruitment drive, demonstrates the robustness of our business model – one which is able to generate sustainable growth, even in the toughest of financial climates. I do consider Danbro to be in a very privileged position, therefore, and remain confident that we will maintain this level of expansion.î
