Web Based Recruitment have launched their new Online Audio Interview service for Recruiters.
The new service consists of recording and producing audio interviews with representatives from a company so that job seekers can learn more about their organisation.
The audio interviews are then made available for job seekers to listen to via the recruiting companies web site as well as being distributed through the major podcast and video sharing sites such as iTunes and YouTube.
Commenting on the new service the founder of Web Based Recruitment, Mike Taylor, commented ìVisitors to recruitment web sites have always been able to read about job vacancies, but now they can listen to someone who already works there. This is a great way to communicate what it is like to work at a company, what opportunities there are for progression and talk in more detail about a specific vacancy.î
ìWith thousands of jobs being posted on the Internet every day it offers a way for companies to stand out from the crowd. If you add the fact that the interviews are submitted to iTunes , YouTube and other audio/video sites this can greatly increase the reach and visibility of a companies job vacancies.î
