Vurv Announces Record Results for Third Quarter

Welcomes 17 New Enterprise Customers and Signs 76 New Accounts for Vurv Express

Vurv today announced it has once again extended its record of continuous quarterly growth. The company reported that for the quarter ending October 31, the companyís recurring revenues increased 63%. This marks the 36th consecutive quarter that company has increased revenues.

The company experienced continued demand for its core recruitment product, as well as strong sales for its performance and compensation management solutions during the quarter. Vurv welcomed 17 new enterprise customers, including 5 accounts that licensed two or more products. New customers include transportation giant Amtrak, high-tech firms VeriFone and DoubleClick and Haworth, a leading global manufacturer of office furniture and architectural interior products. Vurv also strengthened its position in the fast expanding healthcare field with new clients Munroe Regional Health Systems and Alexian Brothers Hospital Network. The company also had a 99% customer renewal rate during the quarter.

During its third quarter, the company launched Vurv Express and Vurv Now, designed to address the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. The enhanced product offerings have been well-received, as the Vurv Express team signed 76 new client contracts during the quarter.
