Britannia Building Society will be giving its 5,000 staff a new online voluntary benefits package known as ’Britannia Lifestyle’ which provides online access to a number of high street retailers offering substantial discounts.
This new scheme supports the Society’s given of being a Great Place to Work Grow and Develop and is being delivered through a change programme known as PeoplePlus. This supports Britannia remaining an employer of choice and a Great Place to Work, Grow and Develop, whilst maintaining its industry leading employee satisfaction levels.
’Lifestyle’, which has been specially tailored by pandmm, the UK’s leading performance improvement business, offers significant discounts in many areas, ranging from commission free holidays from more than 750 tour operators, discounted membership rates at Holmes Place Health Clubs, substantial savings when eating out, and a variety of high street savings from top retail outlets such as John Lewis, Argos and Homebase.
This bespoke programme of benefits will be available through a dedicated website which is managed by Vebnet, creators of the FIXandFLEX platform - an Internet based technology that has been designed to administer, support and deliver total reward statements and flexible benefits.
Commenting on the launch of the new employee benefit, Karen Moir, Director of Organisational Development, said: The Fix and Flex system that we use to deliver a Total Reward Statement and Britannia Lifestyle enables our people to monitor their benefits and special offers in the new scheme. Our people are at the very heart of Britannia, and the online facility is a great asset for everyone in our group of companies and demonstrates our unique approach in supporting each and everyone.
