VCG Partners with IBF Group to Streamline W-2 Process for Staffing Firms

VCG partners with document management company

ATLANTA, GA ñ VCG, LLC, the developer of software solutions and services that power successful recruiting and staffing companies, today announced its partnership with IBF Group, the pioneer company in print, mail and outsourcing documents. IBF's services enable VCG's StaffSuite and TempWare-V clients to streamline and simplify the W-2 distribution process.

With more than 14 years' industry experience, IBF has worked with more than 300-plus staffing and recruiting companies. I repeatedly hear the number one benefit is cost effectiveness, said Jim Dunn, President & CEO of IBF Group. Many of our clients have found that it is a hassle to efficiently do something they only do once a year - lots of mistakes and added man hours can occur.î

After talking to IBF and determining that they would like to use their services, VCG customers can contact VCG support to set up the appropriate software on their system. Once the appropriate file is created, the customer can upload their information to IBF's secure and easy-to-use Web site. The IBF Group processes the information, provides samples for validation and then prints and mails W-2s to VCG clients' temporary employees. Temporary employees also have to option of signing up for eW-2 services, enabling them to receive their W-2 electronically.

By partnering with IBF Group, VCG has given our StaffSuite and TempWare-V clients another way to minimize time-consuming administrative tasks by streamlining operations and lowering costs, said Steve Taylor, President & CEO of VCG, LLC.
