Unlimited MedSearch Appoints Craig J. Silverman as Chief Operating Officer

Unlimited MedSearch today announced the appointment of Craig J. Silverman as Chief Operating Officer and member of their board of directors.

Mr. Silverman will be responsible for franchise development, sales, marketing, and training. We are excited to have a person with Craig's vast experience and successful track record joining Unlimited MedSearch, commented Nadia Gruzd, President and CEO. He is one of the top people in the entire staffing industry and brings 19 years of expertise in sales & marketing management to our growing team along with public company and outstanding recruiting experience. His background and leadership skills will be a great asset as we expand our medical staffing franchise business.

Prior to joining Unlimited MedSearch, Mr. Silverman served as executive vice president of sales & marketing for HireAbility.com LLC, a recruiting services and technology firm. From 2002 – 2004, Mr. Silverman was the senior vice president for TMP Worldwide and Hudson Global Resources over their North American IT staffing business, and from 1996-200 he headed up the Recruiting Services division for IT staffing firm Hall Kinion and Associates. During his tenure, he grew his division from annual revenues of $3 million to $70 million with a staff of 400 technical recruiters in 40 offices. As a member of the executive team, he assisted with the firm's IPO and the integration of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Silverman was also responsible for corporate marketing, public relations and sales & management training programs. Additionally, he opened the international sales offices in London and Tokyo and directed the U.S. based executive retained search division.

Earlier, Craig was the vice president of sales for Strategic Mapping, Inc., a leading developer of geographic information systems software and demographic data for business applications. Mr. Silverman attended the University of South Florida and the University of Texas at Austin, and in 2000, completed the OPM Executive Education Program at the Harvard Business School.
