UK Company to launch digital video interviews to recruitment industry on 30th March

UK Company, Digital Video Interview Services Ltd (DVI), is to be the first to launch a new service set to revolutionise the recruitment market.

The launch of DVI to the recruitment industry will be taking place on Thursday 30 March at The Mermaid Centre, Blackfriars, London at 14.00.

The afternoon will include a live performance of the DVI process followed by a talk by industry guru Dan McGuire from Broadbean.

With the introduction of Digital Video Interviewing in the UK, recruiters can not only present their candidates CV to potential employers but also a Digital Video Interview of them highlighting their key achievements and personality traits.

Instead of being just another CV to review they become a real person with a personality and attributes that paper just cannot demonstrate to an employer. Another key factor is that recruiters and clients can view the Digital Video Interview on the move or at a time that is convenient to them as opposed to the traditional structured interview format.
