GatenbySanderson, a leading executive recruiter, has announced two new Partners joining the organisation as part of its long term growth plan. Craig Clarke joins as Partner for its Interim division supplying high caliber interims across the public, not for profit and education sectors. He also takes a national lead on the supply of senior figures within the Children’s and Adult Services sector. Craig takes an avid interest in spotting future leaders and supporting new candidates in their consideration of Interim Leadership as a career choice.
Melanie Shearer also joins as Partner with responsibility for leading on Executive and NED Board health appointments in London and the South. She specialises in recruiting senior Executives and Non-Executives into a wide variety of Health and Social Care settings in the NHS, private healthcare, government, social enterprise and the third sector including appointments across organisations to support joint and cross agency working. She has particular expertise in working with organisations going through major reorganisation, transition or merger as well as transitioning individuals across sectors and bringing commercial skills into the public sector.
