In addition to providing market leading candidate matching technology, Kaonix have just launched a new ëvacancy generation spiderí which greatly enhances recruitment agencies ability to obtain new vacancies. Existing customers have already benefited from introducing this technology in today's challenging industry environment.

Simply define generic search criteria or target your search on skills, geography or salary. The Kaonix spider can also target specific employer web-sites for interrogation.î

ìSearch results are delivered by email in standard spreadsheet format directly to the nominated consultant or can be automatically imported into the clientís front office system, dynamically populating their vacancy database. The system has already been integrated with two front-office systems enabling consultants to quickly search for candidate matches.î

In the case of one national recruitment agency, Pertemps, a further Kaonix product was already deployed and by combining candidate and vacancy matching software, each new vacancy generated is automatically matched to existing candidates in the database and consultants are presented with the vacancy together with a candidate shortlist for the role.
