True North Human Capital Ltd. today confirmed the appointment of Natalie O’Shaughnessy to the post of Head of Executive Search. O’Shaughnessy, who joined the company in 2009 has successfully grown the Digital and Marketing Practises within the company to a point where True North is now respected as one of the leading providers of executive talent in the digital arena.

O’Shaughnessy fills the vacancy left in December by the promotion of Mark Moreau to the position of Commercial Director and joins a broadly home grown management team.
