Trovix names Lucy Dathan as chief financial officer

Trovix, Inc, a provider of intelligent search technology, today announced that Lucy Dathan has joined the companyís management team as Chief Financial Officer. Lucy brings more than 14 years of finance and management experience to Trovix from tenures at world-renowned organizations such as the London Stock Exchange, First Tuesday and Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers. As CFO of Trovix, Dathan will oversee the companyís finance and administrative operations.

Prior to joining the London Stock Exchange, Dathan was the Global Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Lexit Financial Group in London where she was responsible for all European business operations. Before that, she was Chief Financial Officer, Director of Human Resources and Company Secretary at First Tuesday, and helped grow the London-based start-up to an organization with operations in 46 countries. Dathan spent eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she held managerial roles in the Business Assurance, Corporate Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions business units. She has a B.S. in commerce from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Dathan is a resident of Palo Alto, Calif.
