Trinity Mirror buys TotallyLegal.com and TotallyFinancial.com for 11.8m

Trinity Mirror plc is pleased to announce the acquisition of TotallyLegal.com Limited, the UKís leading online recruitment site for the legal profession, and TotallyFinancial.com, a leading online recruitment site serving the finance sector. The total consideration for this acquisition is 11.8 million in cash.

The acquisition represents the latest stage of Trinity Mirrorís strategy to develop its digital and online businesses through organic growth and appropriate acquisitions. These sites will join the Groupís portfolio of successful online recruitment businesses which already includes the hotonline.com network and sites such as SecsintheCity, GAAPweb, and its stake in the Fish4Jobs joint venture.
