Totaljobs.com expands to meet rising demand

Totaljobs.com is strengthening its management team, as the demand for online recruitment services increases

Totaljobs.com, one of the UKís recruitment websites, is strengthening its management team, as the demand for online recruitment services increases.



Paul Stephens takes the position of website director, while John Salt is appointed as sales director to the websiteís management team.

Having been with totaljobs.com since its launch in 2000, Paul has been instrumental in developing the company into one of the UKís largest online recruitment resources. He takes overall responsibility for the siteís development.

John Salt joins from sister site, retailchoice.com. As sales director, John brings invaluable sales experience from his time with Reed Business Information and the Guardian Media Group.

As part of totaljobs.comís commitment to continually improving the recruiter experience, John has this week appointed two account directors, Mike Booker and Daniel Dackombe who will work with recruiters to build effective and innovative online solutions. Daniel has been promoted from within totaljobs.com, while Mike joins from rival Monster.com.

In addition, Totaljobs Group, the holding company for some of the premium brands in online recruitment including totaljobs.com and CWJobs.co.uk, has made Andy Weight group client services director for Totaljobs Group. Andy has spent over ten years in recruitment with companies such as Blue Arrow and jobs.co.uk. Andy will be pivotal in developing strong client relationships across the Totaljobs Group.
