Topaz staff in all departments have been praised for helping the financial, payroll and HR software company to achieve its most successful year.

Major contract wins for Topaz Financials, Topaz EMS (Employee Management System), plus online Topaz technology and the new Topaz Credit Control product have been secured in the recruitment sector. These include Hudson, the UK arm of a global leader in recruitment, and Grafton Recruitment, a leading supplier of employment solutions in Ireland.

The Topaz Financials software also achieved prestigious industry recognition this year in the Accountancy Age Awards. An independent judging panel of highly respected financial and business leaders shortlisted it for the Enterprise Software Package of the Year accolade, following consideration of design quality, technical innovation, reliability, value for money and customer testimonials.

A ëpayback to the payroll sectorí initiative has been launched by Topaz this year with a 4,000 Bursary Fund to cover the two year course fees for the IPP Diploma in Payroll Management. It has generated additional interest in the recruitment and payroll sectors, which will continue in 2007 when the winner is announced in April.
