Career Site Developed for America Online, Inc. Wins Outstanding Achievement in Website Development

TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, a global HR communications and solutions provider, today announced that it has won an award for Outstanding Achievement in Website Development at the Web Marketing Association’s 2005 WebAwards. TMP won the WebAward for a careers site developed on behalf of America Online, Inc., the world’s leading interactive services company.

Now in its 8th year, the WebAwards is the premier annual award competition that judges website development against peer sites within their industry.

Recognition for our Website development illustrates what TMP is about: solutions with an interactive edge. AOL helps make its members’ lives better by creating an online experience that helps, informs, and delights them. Working in partnership with AOL, I’m pleased that we were able to create a careers site that does the same for potential job candidates, said Michelle Abbey, president, TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, Americas.

TMP’s knowledge of our business and strategy was instrumental in the development of our careers site. They were able to capture the spirit and energy of AOL without sacrificing relevant content for job-seekers, said Susan Amori, Programs Manager, Talent Acquisition, America Online, Inc.

TMP Worldwide is one of the world’s leading recruitment advertising agency networks. The company entered the recruitment advertising industry in 1993. Since then, it has become an industry leader, offering clients a single source for communicating their employment offerings to recruit and retain the talent they need.
