TheLadders.co.uk which boasts 210,000 active jobseekers, has appointed Beauvois to focus on its customer experience. Beauvois joins TheLadders.co.uk following six years with Renault UK Ltd, most recently as Manager of Internet Development and Optimisation.
Oger has been bought on board to analyse and optimise existing and planned marketing initiatives. Oger joins TheLadders.co.uk from Traffic Broker Ltd where he was responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using web analytics. Prior to that he was with Totaljobs.com.
