TheLadders.co.uk appoints first Director of Product Management to strengthen UK Web presence

TheLadders.co.uk the UKís leading careers site for 50K plus executives has appointed its first Director of Product Management with a brief to drive its UK web presence and products in line with a major increase in members.

Online software expert Lauri Monroy joins the company this month, bringing over twelve years of cutting edge product experience to TheLadders.co.uk. He will immediately set to work to define a product strategy for the careers site, translating business and customer requirements into a useable and effective web offering.

Finnish born Monroy joins TheLadders.co.uk from Cellcrypt Limited where he was Director Product Management. At Cellcrypt, he was responsible for the companyís VOIP products from roadmap, development, licensing, usability and implementation.

Lauri moved to London from Helsinki in 2004 as Development Director for Morning Digital Design, a Finnish digital advertising agency. However he decided to stay in the UK Capital working with Broadreach Networks, AOL and Litelogic before joining Cellcrypt in 2006.
