These are the companies that are still relatively unfamiliar with online recruitment or dont have big budgets for their personnel requirements, says Koen, for them, CV Market is a nice and cost effective alternative to sites like Monster and Stepstone.
CV Markets strenghs in the Netherlands lie in its easy to use website, the attractive price, the unique network with new eu member states and its revolutionary business concept and associated partners in the Netherlands. ’Together with these characteristics we should stand a chance in the Netherlands says Koen.
Unfortunatly, I cant say much about this new approach at this time, but, it will guarantee quality for interested companies. For jobseekers it will be hard to NOT place his or her CV on CV Market.
