Hospitality employers from all sectors are now encouraged to enter The Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2013, run by hospitality recruitment specialist Caterer.com.
Entry to the awards is free and judging is completed via an online employee engagement survey provided by hospitality talent specialists Purple Cubed. The survey is gathers employee responses on a range of work related areas including learning and development, working environment and culture.. The awards are judged solely on the basis of employee responses and thus offer a unique and unbiased view of what makes a best employer.
The awards name category winners and the Top 50 Best Employers, who can then use their accolade to attract the best talent to their business. Employers who complete their entry also receive an online copy of their employee engagement report to benchmark against in the year ahead.
Last year, the top accolade of Best Employer in Hospitality and the award for Best Independent Restaurant Employer 2012 went to Mya Lacarte, Berkshire. The team has taken the last year full speed ahead and are seeing another successful year.

The Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2013 England & Wales is now open for entries and the awards will take place on 30th September 2013 at Lancaster London.
