The RightThing, Inc. Strengthens Hold on RPO Market

More than 20 million dollars in new business closed in last 90 days

The RightThing, Inc., an end-to-end provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), continues to have a banner 2006 as recent contract wins have more than doubled their growth from 2005.

Vital to this companyís record increase are recent additions of blue chip accounts, including Pepsi Bottling Company, Fed Ex, Owens Corning, Seimens, Kellogg Company, Novartis and Astra Zeneca. Adding these to its current client list, The RightThing is now responsible for approximately 50,000 plus hires annually.

ìPart of the reason for The RightThingís record growth is the number of large contracts, in both size and scope, that weíve signed and the RPO industry gaining widespread acceptance as a solution to hiring challenges,î said Terry Terhark, president of The RightThing.

Lisa Rowan, program manager of HR and Talent Management Services for IDC supports this notion. ìWe see a strong correlation with the rise and growth of the HR BPO market and RPO. The business world has embraced the notion of HR BPO and has promoted this strategy to the market through the growing number of larger, more inclusive contracts. Savvy corporations whoíve either employed or are considering HR BPO are also recognizing the benefits of RPO and rolling this into their business strategy as well.î

Aside from market growth, Terhark also believes their success has much to do with the level of service and dedication The RightThing provides to its clients.

ìThis milestone reflects The RightThingís dedication to our clients and the industry as a whole,î adds Terhark. ìWe believe in the services we provide to our clients and their prospective employees and look forward to developing our company and this industry even further.î
