The RightThing adds industry expert to team

The RightThing, Inc., the leading end-to-end recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider, has added one of the industryís most respected innovators to its staff.

Tracey Friend, who started at The RightThing in late July, most recently was Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition with Countrywide Financial. Her goals in her new position are to continue to enhance The RightThingís global RPO footprint and its strategic and technology platforms. Friend will call on her robust background in sourcing, vendor management, recruitment technology, employment marketing, process optimization and product development to benefit The RightThingís current and future client base.

Her career has spanned in multiple industries to include corporate, HR outsourcing, recruitment research/training and recruitment technology. Prior to Countrywide, she was a Global Product Manager with ExcellerateHRO, the Senior Manager of Sourcing with Microsoft and the Founder of Claybrooke and Associates, an Internet Recruitment Research and Training firm.

Tracey is considered a pioneer in Candidate Sourcing and is a member and speaker with the Secret Society of Sourcers. She also is on the advisory board of Staffing.org and the J.C.C. in Dallas, Texas. Tracey is a University of Florida Alumni and lives with her family in Frisco, Texas.
