The Real Thing - Or Another Fake?

People who have a Doctorate or a PhD are always difficult to place.

They are so specialised that you have to be sure that the role is a perfect fit for them, and that it will not change in the future. Increased specialisation tends to create a degree of inflexibility.

Now it is doubly difficult in China because it turns out that 60% of Chinese PhDs admit to plagiarism and bribery. It’s hard enough when so many people can buy fake degrees to pump up their Resume.

Now you can’t even trust the real thing.
