The Onrec.com team Test P3 Product from MCS

The Onrec.com team were delighted to find one of their sponsors offering free personality tests via a banner on the Onrec website. Minutes later, an avalanche of downloads of the MCS Crisp P3 profile test were taking place, with the Onrec office both keen and apprehensive to find out how their personalities would ëturn outí.



MCSís P3 system is a user-friendly personal assessment technology, boasting both accuracy and power. The real motive behind this scientific and individual research is to educate managers with reference to their candidatesí career potential and behavioural tendencies. From this point they can determine whether the applicant is equitably suited to a specific job and/or workplace.

The MCS 2 page summary profile is available for free, but the complete 14-page candidate profile can be purchased for only 60 plus VAT. The P3 system is obtainable on a twelve-month licence package, allowing clients to complete candidate profiles (like on the Demo) and job profile reports. P3 will then allow the licence holder to cross match candidate details with a job profile, and rank applicants in order of their behavioural effectiveness in the role.

In total there are seventeen different reports available from P3 products. ìWe had to purchase the team reports to see what they stated about our team strengths and weaknesses.
