The ëItís About Peopleí campaign, won the Onrec magazine award for Best Offline Advert at a VIP bash attended by 120 of the biggest names in the recruitment industry at The Caf Royal, London.

Onrec editor David Hurst said: ìAlthough it was a tough line-up of finalists, the judges scored Bondís adverts highly as they felt the campaign was eye-catching, clear and also aesthetically pleasing.î

Bond beat off stiff competition from Cashsimply, Broadbean Tech and Zero One to scoop the award from judges Larry Cucchi, CEO of Peopleclick, Simon Lythgo, internet marketing manager for Robert Walters, David Smith, head of HR operations for HFC Bank and Joe Rogers, MD of WJP Floyd.

Bond MD Tim Richards (pictured), said: ìWe are thrilled that the adverts have been recognised in this way. They are instantly recognisable, very distinctive and individual, which is what we wanted. When we launched them they caused quite a stir in the industry and were great fun to do.

ìWe opted for a people theme because our recruitment software is built around meeting the needs of the people who use it and also captures vital information about the candidates whose details are on its database. It presents information about them in a way that benefits both the consultant and the applicant. Whichever way we looked at it, our software was about people and that became the thrust of the marketing campaign.î

Bondís adverts feature a series of male and female characters, their fictional occupation with surprising interests and hobbies. They have been used in magazines across the world, reflecting Bondís client base in over 40 countries.

Bond employs more than 200 staff at offices in the UK, America, Australia and South Africa and recently announced the signing a six figure contract with global recruitment giant Randstad,
