As a result of continuing growth, The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) has launched a new office in Brighton.

Headed up by three recruitment professionals, Sadie Coughlan, Hannah Page and Lizzie Fannon, the new office will offer a fresh and dynamic approach to construction management recruitment in a bid to fill the growing number of vacant roles across the south coast. All three executives have previous industry experience prior to starting with The Management Recruitment Group.

ìWe have been given a brilliant opportunity to work in a place that we loveî, said Sadie. ìWith projects including the Brighton Marina Regeneration Scheme, the redevelopment of Eastbourne and Hastings and the ongoing growth of Portsmouth harbour and city, the South Coast is a hugely vibrant area with a rapidly expanding number of jobs.î

The roles for which Sadie, Hannah and Lizzie will be recruiting include Project Managers, Architects and Quantity Surveyors. The company specialise in management appointments across the Built Environment.

Simon Cheshire, Managing Director of MRG, said ìWe are extremely delighted to have opened our second office in such a short period of time. Brighton is a great city that has become extremely dynamic in the last 10 years alone and will continue to develop into the future.î

He went on to add, ìWe specifically targeted the South Coast as an area with the potential to grow due to the ongoing developments in the major cities and its great transport links.î

Backed by a consortium of private investors, MRG launched with a brief to search for the brightest professionals in the UK and to place them with firms hungry for talent.
