The Fastest Registration/Application Process on the Internet?

Jobs.co.uk recently launched it's hugely anticipated Quick Apply process which is primarily aimed at first-time visitors.

The site has incorporated its registration process with a candidate's first application on the site - saving thousands of people the painstaking duplication of effort which is common-place elsewhere on the internet.

Director Matt Ellis claimed that a new visitor to the site could search for relevant jobs, register as a user AND apply for a job all WITHIN 60 SECONDS !!! I appreciate it appears unrealistic to suggest it takes less than a minute to find a job, apply for it and also register as a candidate on the site but I have tested it myself a couple of times from scratch and met the target on both occasions. It probably helps that I am familiar with Jobs.co.uk and job boards have been a part of my working life for many years, nonetheless, I have never used a faster process than the one we have developed here at Jobs.co.uk.

First-time visitors to the site and also anyone who has previously visited but didn't register should feel free to test it out. I am certain the majority of people would agree it is so fast and easy to complete this process, you come away with the feeling you've forgotten something !

I guess it is also worth adding that you may need to take Browser performance into consideration as much as the general internet experience of the user before making any definite conclusions of your own

Mr Ellis added We would welcome any feedback from individuals using the new Quick Apply process, particularly from brand new visitors who get the benefit of the auto-registration with their first application. Our advertisers can be assured that while all our tests were done in a live environment we used test jobs to ensure none of our clients had any time wasted.

Jobsco UK Ltd, the site owners, are believed to be expecting a further 60% increase in site traffic over the next month. August saw traffic rise by 80% and over all this year since it's relaunch in March the site traffic has increased FIVE-fold.
