Their site provides a job board specifically for professionals in the education sector, for jobseekers and recruiters alike. They publish jobs across all levels of education, from nursery nurse to university vice chancellor and everything in between. They also offer a service for recruiters as well as job seekers which strives to target their advertised vacancies via jobs-by -email to the perfect candidates for the role.
They previously used job board script technology that was unreliable and difficult to use which deterred candidates. This has the consequential effect therefore of gaining them more applications. This is something they felt they were lacking in content sharing of their previous software and is now a major asset to their site.
