Luisa joined TFPLís recruitment team in 1993 and has consistently performed well. In 1998 she assumed responsibility for managing the Contract Recruitment team. In the last year Luisa has led the development of TFPLís rapidly expanding Interim Management services working with clients to help them appoint senior people to interim roles to effect change or implement systems. She is now Director of Interim and Contract Recruitment. Luisa is highly respected by clients and senior managers in the market and is a regular participant in TFPLís thought leadership events. Within the company Luisaís considerable knowledge enables her to link people and projects together and she works closely with the Advisory team to help design and resource larger projects.
