TempWorks Software Client Leverages Technology to Get Ahead

TempWorks Software client, Hire Dynamics, was named as a semi-finalist in the Technology Association of Georgiaís (TAG) 2007 Excalibur Awards. The Award distinguishes ìtech-enabledî companies that demonstrate superior use of technology to enhance their businesses. The Georgia-based staffing firm received recognition for its use of the TempWorks DocCenter and WebCenter applicant portal products.

Hire Dynamics, voted the #1 ìBest Places to Workî company in 2007 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, strives to bring efficiency to every area of its business and had a specific goal for streamlining its application process. Consisting of twenty documents, plus the actual application form, the application process was time-consuming, labor intensive and inconvenient for both job applicants and the Staffing Administrative Specialist.

Hire Dynamics utilizes TempWorks and its fully-integrated software exclusively for the staffing industry. To improve its application process across its 15 branch locations, Hire Dynamics looked to two new TempWorks technologies. The company decided to implement WebCenter (a web portal that provides clients, employees, applicants and subcontracted staffing agencies 24/7 real-time access to information) and DocCenter (a paperless form management solution).

The WebCenter online application portal lets candidates submit an application form at any time from the Hire Dynamics website. DocCenter lets candidates come into a Hire Dynamics office to complete and authorize electronic employment forms already pre-populated with data pulled from the core TempWorks database; once approved, the document is stored as a PDF in the TempWorks system.
