TEDS Hosts Talent Management Summit

Talent Management White Paper Released

Key leaders in the talent management industry convened on Wednesday, August 8 at the Talent Management Summit sponsored by TEDS, Inc. and hosted by Steelcase University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The purpose of the summit was to outline strategic initiatives aimed at improving enterprise-wide workforce effectiveness, and it was the first summit of its kind. ìTEDS is delighted to provide this summit for select colleagues interested in sharpening their organizationsí competitive edge,î said Joseph F. Speakers utilized market research and case studies to demonstrate the migration to performance and talent management. Presentations also focused on leadership strategy, and the convergence of processes in talent management. Peer organizations shared best practices and real-world results.

The eventís timing coincides with the release of TEDSí white paper addressing enterprise-wide talent management.
