Tech Data, a worldwide distributor of IT products, has appointed performance improvement agency Archer Young to create and implement a bespoke global online-based sales incentive programme for Cisco products to be known as Club TD.
Club TD is to motivate around 300 members of Tech Dataís European-based sales staff, responsible for selling Cisco products who will now have the opportunity to claim a variety of rewards and benefits in recognition of their sales efforts, in each respective country.
Club TD, will be launched initially to Tech Data employees throughout the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Holland, Italy, Belgium, Sweden and Poland and includes over 1,000 different rewards such as retail vouchers, merchandise (electrical incentives) and experience days. Sales staff will be able to choose their favoured reward online once they have met their specified sales targets. Archer Young is also to oversee all communications, and fulfilment of Club TD.
