Palm Harbor, FL - Mary Jo McCauley has been named director of business development for the Northeast region for TeamBuilders, a leading Tampa Bay-based performance development company.
McCauley will also pursue business for TeamBuilders on the West Coast.
Nick Conner, TeamBuildersí managing director and president, said McCauley will seek new business while helping to manage TeamBuilder relationships with existing clients.

A Douglas, Mass. resident, McCauley has extensive experience in training and human resources, and she has a deep understanding of the training needs of business, Conner said.

Previously, McCauley served as senior director for technical training for BEA Systems of San Jose, Calif.; as senior technology consultant for Digital Equipment Corporation; and in other training and sales training positions.
