Team Capital Announces Appointment of New Non-Executive Director

Team Capital, a leading executive search firm & executive representation service provider, today announced the appointment of Francisco Martin as non-executive director of Team Capitalís International business, with immediate effect.

Francisco Martin brings significant experience in top level HR functions with world class employers in developed and emerging markets and across key Team Capital markets including: Technology, Aerospace & Defence, Chemicals and Travel & Leisure. Most recently, Martin was Global HR Director for Indra, a leading Technology and Defence Systems company, where he has taken the business from 5000 to 25000 employees in seven years and has been instrumental in driving significant growth with turnover reaching more than Ä2 Billion.

Prior to joining Indra, Martin spent thirteen years with Dow Chemical, the last three of which were at the European Headquarters in Zurich. Previous roles included Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Solmelia, a leading Tourism & Leisure Group.

Francisco Martin holds a degree in Chemical Sciences.
