Taleo names Neil Hudspith as group vice president of Europe, Middle East and Africa

With more than 25 years of international industry experience, Hudspith selected to lead Taleoís operations in EMEA

Taleo, a worldwide provider of on demand talent management solutions, today announced the appointment of Neil Hudspith as Group Vice President and Managing Director, EMEA. In this role, Mr. Hudspith is responsible for sales and operations throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa, reporting to Taleo President and CEO Michael Gregoire. Mr. Hudspith brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the IT industry, working in both European and Asian markets.

Neilís in-depth, diverse international experience and impressive track record working with global organisations will be a tremendous complement to our team as we continue to grow our EMEA operations, stated Michael Gregoire.

Mr. Hudspith spent the majority of his career with IBM, starting out as a pivotal member of the Lotus leadership team running EMEA, during which the UK served as the largest subsidiary outside of North America. Mr. Hudspith also held a variety of management positions at IBM throughout the companyís operations in the Middle East, serving as a regional manager for the companyís business development efforts throughout the Middle East, India, Greece, Turkey and Israel.

Mr. Hudspith went on to run IBM/Lotus development for the Asia Pacific region managing more than 1,300 employees and a revenue stream in excess of 180 million. Mr. Hudspith has also held executive management positions at Vitria and Commerce One.
