Talent Technology Corporation has completed its acquisition of the assets of MagnaWare

Talent Technology Corporation (TTC) today announced it has completed its acquisition of the assets of MagnaWare, a provider of intelligent recruiting solutions targeted to users of ERP-based human capital management (HCM) systems. MagnaWareís product offerings and experienced team will be merged with TTCís market leading Resume Mirror division.

This acquisition extends Resume Mirrorís solutions and support for the applicant data management and resume processing requirements of ERP-based HCM systems; notably for those clients of Oracle and PeopleSoft that require upgrades to their current Mohomine technology or are considering the addition of resume processing solutions to their HCM deployment.
