Talent Alliance Releases 2008 Direct Placement Salary Contribution Information

Talent Alliance, Inc., announced today that its Direct Placement division, Soar Consulting, injected over $9,500,000 in new salaries into the economy in 2008. Soar Consulting is a leading provider of military transition recruiting, specializing in military transition jobs, matching transitioning junior military officers (JMOs) and enlisted leaders and technicians with some of America's most respected companies.

Not only did we see an overall 22% growth in sales from last year in our direct placement division, we also experienced increases in several key performance indicators including: average placement fee, average starting base salary, and average number of monthly candidates placed, said Jeff Williams, VP of Recruiting for Talent Alliance. It should also be noted that our strongest quarter was the fourth quarter despite the slowing economic trends. We attribute this to our focus on the clean-tech and infrastructure industries as they continue to see market expansion from the influx of government contracts and spending.

Talent Alliance and Soar Consulting recently launched their TalentExchange platform in China (www.chinaTalentexchange.com) and the United States (www.ustalentexchange.com). The TalentExchange is an online recruitment marketplace built to streamline the talent acquisition cycle for employers and increase efficiencies for recruiting vendors.
