Despite all the doom and gloom being reported in the media Swindale Parks have bucked the trend and recorded a 47% increase in turnover over January, February and March of this year, compared with the same period last year.

This has been achieved through knuckling down, working hard and 'improving' the quality of the service that we provide to our clients and candidates - we all think that we are great at what we do when in fact we can 'all' perform better and we at Swindale Parks are living proof of that, marginal improvements in all areas of our day to day activities having dramatically influenced our output in terms of increased turnover. Another factor in our success has undoubtedly been our diversification, in January of this year, into a new sector of recruitment - namely Franchise recruitment with the launch of http://www.swindaleparksfranchise.co.uk/

Over the last six months the number of Sales, Marketing and Creative candidates that have approached us seeking work have increased four-fold and despite our best efforts to generate opportunities for them we cannot just create 'jobs' out of fresh air. Through Swindale Parks Franchise however, in conjunction with the members of the British Franchise Association who have chosen to support this project, we can offer these budding entrepreneurs, a proven and ethical route to running their own successful business. We may only be a small company but we like to think we are playing a big part, through the creation of new enterprises, in helping this country ride the economic storm and get back on it's feet!! C'mon Britain it's not all doom and gloom!
